| The actual charges for sending certified letters will most likely exceed the initiation fee; however at Refund Plus we are confident that we will get your money back and make the commission percentage, after the funds are collected. |

| We do offer a discount if you have been scammed by different timeshare companies and you use Refund Plus to try and collect your money. The discount will vary based upon the number of orders that you place. |
| Where would the refund be sent? |
| Refund Plus requests the money be sent directly back to YOU. After the money has been successfully returned to your credit card, or you have received a check from the business, we will expect our commission to be sent by you. In cases where the money is sent to us, we will deduct our percentage and send the remaining to the address on file. |
